台南早餐
此為道地的台南早餐店的早餐,菜粽和虱目魚肚鹹粥。菜粽裡頭包花生,外面撒一層花生粉,再淋上帶甜味的台南醬油膏,通常我都會吃菜粽配一碗油條味噌湯;鹹粥裡頭放的虱目魚肚是台南特產,人工去掉所有魚刺,湯頭超鮮。我想這應該是別地方找不到的台南味。
