美國第一夫人Michelle Obama在接受時代雜誌採訪時說的一句話，我一直很喜歡。

假如你對自己的選擇很自在，那個選擇也與你內在共鳴，那麼所有其他的事就只是普通閒談。別人是有權利閒談的。

做出對自己有意義的選擇，別人的話就只是閒談，我們不用隨之起舞。
